Art That Speaks: Comics and Graphic Storytelling

Explore the art of graphic storytelling in this workshop for students who love comics and graphic novels. We'll investigate the origins of sequential art, analyze techniques used in great comics and graphic novels, and practice the craft of weaving together word and image to tell a story. Each participant will create their own graphic story collection.
Monday – Friday 9 AM to 1 PM with opening after last class on Friday. Workshop is for rising 6 to 8 grade students. Cost is $265 per week. Class minimum is 10 students
